Joel Oppenheim

Mr. Oppenheim, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, joined Pelican Bay Development in June, 2005. Mr. Oppenheim brings to the firm a diverse background of training and experience of more than thirty years in the public and private sectors. Mr. Oppenheim is responsible for all aspects of corporate internal operations, including human resources, financial accounting, staff development, strategic planning and organizational development. After a successful career in public education as a school district Chief Financial Officer and subsequently, as a district Superintendent of Schools, Mr. Oppenheim became actively involved in the Collier County construction industry. He has worked with three residential development construction companies, including Kaye Homes, Titan Custom Homes and London Bay Homes. His unique blend of public school commercial construction and luxury residential projects provides a comprehensive perspective to the firms overall internal operations and planning. |
