Hammock Woods is a 19,550 square foot retail building located on the southwest corner of Rattlesnake Hammock Road and Collier Boulevard .  This prime retail location, directly across from a Publix-anchored strip center, has more than 38,700 cars passing daily.  This project is focused on the tremendous residential growth that is happening today.  In addition to the increase in residences, Collier HMA Hospital will be directly across the street on Collier Boulevard utilizing 260,000 square feet.  Other neighbors are as follows:  Lely Country Club with over 1,110 residential units; Sierra Meadows with over 420 units; Toll Brothers to develop on more than 2,000 acres; Verona Walk with 2,300 units .
