Alico Commons is located on the Southwest corner of what will be the new signalized intersection of Alico Road and US. 41 in South Ft. Myers. This intersection is the terminus for the new Midfield Terminal airport traffic heading west on Alico Road to US 41. Alico Road will become the new main entrance and arterial corridor to the Midfield Terminal at Southwest Florida International Airport.

A high number of residential communities such as the emerging community of Shadowood, by the Bonita Bay Group, and the established communities of Estero Country Club at The Vines and the Forest Country Club surround this site and will serve this trade area. Alico Commons, emerging at this pivotal intersection, will serve the existing residential base as well as the commuter traffic.

This 100,000 plus square foot retail center will feature several large format specialty stores, restaurants and neighborhood convenience retailers. In addition, there will be several prominent national retailers such as CVS and Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins poised on the US. 41 frontage. Excellent US 41 exposure, signalized intersection and some of the highest traffic counts in the county, Alico Commons will become the convergence of the retail hub of the south Ft. Myers trade area.
